All orders are processed within 1-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped. Depending on your order, there is a possibility that your order may arrive in separate packages.

Shipping rates for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method you select and depending on the destination. We take approximately 3 to 3 days to process your order and your order may arrive in 15 to 25 business days. It is possible that on dates of high demand we have delays in delivery times. We are not responsible for delays from postal services, transportation or logistics that are beyond our control.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping only to the following countries:

Import (Custom) duties and taxes

Since our products come from suppliers in China and the United States of America, your order may be subject to import (custom) duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once the shipment reaches its destination country.

Please note that DistClub is not responsible or liable for any import taxes that may be required upon the arrival of your order. It is the customer's responsibility to cover any applicable taxes.
