We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or refund. We only accept returns for factory defects.

We do not accept refunds or returns for shipping delays or retention by the customs of the country to which the order is shipped. Furthermore, we also do not accept refunds on orders shipped that are still in transit to your address.
